Just writing a post because it has been awhile since we last updated, just want to make it clear that the Pushers are still growing and making moves!  No feuding, bitterly conceived side projects, roster changes, or any other VH1 Behind the Music type drama here.  It’s just after Summerfest, tracking 3 new songs, and the birth of Will’s child, we need to take a breather.

We did promise that the creatively-titled The Pushers Live at Summerfest release would be coming soon, and it is.  It’s got a ton of new material for you all to check out, and we can’t wait to hear what you all think of our latest work.

Also, we’ve got a gig coming up on August 13th, Bad Genie Rock Lounge, so to all of our fans in the Milwaukee area, check that out!

Hey, Pushers fans, we’ve got a new song posted so I really would recommend that you check it out. “Her Song” it’s one of my personal fav picks.

Also, here’s us setting up at Mackfest. And yes, that boat was even more awesome in person, and it was a hell of a party. Props to Sean for getting all those bands, people and kegs together for one of the coolest shows we’ve ever had.

We’ve been working hard on promotions lately, and the first thing you’ll probably notice on the Audio Page and on the Gig Schedule Page would be the integration with ReverbNation widgets.

I just wasn’t feeling the love with the Myspace music player.

So first off, the official Summerfest website just released more info on the JULY 9TH lineup, and looks like we, The Pushers, will be sharing the stage with none other than the great Buckcherry!(!!)

As somebody who has been extensively influenced by them, and spent a great deal of my formative years listening to them, I speak for everyone in the band when I say this is some of the coolest news ever and I can’t wait.

Also, on to the main point of this post, Will has been logging some pretty serious sound engineering time,  and we’ve got new rerecorded versions of some of your old PUSHERS favorites, which you can listen to at the Pushers Audio Page.

So check those out, and get all pumped for when you come see us at SUMMERFEST!

That’s right.  Summerfest. The Big Gig.  And I don’t mean like some local band stage behind the portable toilets at 11:15 AM.

I’m talking about a real rock stage, and we are going to be sharing it with some real rock bands.

So yeah we’re all pretty psyched.  We don’t know who the headliners are going to be yet (can’t wait to tell you) but this is what we do know:

• THECOOLTV Rock Stage
• Going to be pretty dope.
